Hi, I’m Larissa (she/her), the founder of Elleby Digital Solutions.

My journey began in the non-profit sector, where I worked as a Coordinator for a Vancouver-based charity. Over time, I grew into my current role as Director of HR & Operations at the Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre. Throughout every chapter of my career, one thing has remained constant: a deep connection to technology and the ways it can empower small teams to do more with less.

Working within non-profits, I experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to find affordable, effective tech solutions — the kind that help teams work smarter, not harder. I lived the challenges, the workarounds, and the frustrations that come from systems that aren't built with small organizations in mind. That experience sparked a passion: to create better, more accessible options for others walking a similar path.

That passion led to the creation of Elleby Digital Solutions.

The name "Elleby" carries personal meaning. It’s a phonetic blend of the initials of my family — my partner, my son, and myself. Our son, often called our little sunflower, inspired the Elleby logo: a symbol of resilience, growth, and warmth. This business was built out of love — and from a genuine desire to make a difference.
